Richmond-MORE is now an IMBA chapter.
What does that mean to us? It means that Richmond-MORE get priority access to Trail Care Crew visits, grants and Trail Solutions. We’ll be joining with IMBA as a unified voice for Mountain Bike advocacy at the national level. On the local level, stronger participation rates in our club increase our power with city government (funding park staff, opening more land for trails, etc.).
What does it mean to you? As part of your Richmond-MORE membership, you will also get membership in IMBA and all of IMBA’s membership benefits. IMBA will be handing our membership, so you’ll start receiving renewal notices from IMBA instead of Richmond-MORE. Richmond-MORE will still be accepting donations through our website. Donating directly to Richmond-MORE (rather than with your membership renewal) will put more of your donation directly into the local trails.
