The Richmond Department of Public Utilities will be working on an emergency manhole repair in Powhite Creek beginning 3/12/2018. Trail access will be restricted in the lower end of Powhite Park’s trail system during this time (noted in red below). Repairs are anticipated to take between six and eight weeks.
